5:15 pm	More Love? it might have been when she started calling me dude, that i knew things were going south. Calling someone dude? The ultimate defacing term of enderement? it takes away any semblance of character of who the person is, just a real lack of respect as a human being, sorta like taking away their dignity. But what do i know?...right now i'm a train wreck... ...feel like someone reached in and grabbed my heart and threw it into the meat grinder. Right...see you around sometime... Anyway, life goes on... If i have learned anything from this , it would be that i discovered Love. Love so deep, i didn't know that it was possible. So overwhelming that i could feel such emotion such feelings that it made me feel completely at home, feelings of being complete... So, if this depth of love is possible with one person, why not experience this depth with everyone? i'll tell you why not, because it would be a bleepin emotional roller coaster ride that would = insanity, and a blown head gasket to boot... 4:12 pm	Love is... As i sit in front of the computer and look out into the garden, i can see the meditating buddha sitting amid new beautiful flowers (100?) wow and zow. From the bare essentials type garden to a flowering, georgeous environment. Many thanks to the new upstairs neighbors. She just got married and back from extensive honeymoon , you can tell...just look at the garden. Love is so much to deal with. You know what i mean? never thought that it would find me this lifetime since choosing a spiritual lifestyle. and all of a sudden i met tina and it was like literally i was swept off of my feet. Magic, like God had actually placed us together. Emotions? my God, feelings that i thought had long vanished from existence came to being... jeez, ever been in love? what a roller coaster of emotions. How do you deal with it? Whew. Never been in love before, it's totally frightening don't know why. totally turned on at the thought of her, go to bed thinking about her, and then... wake up thinking about her... this is insane, and i seem to be possessed with this insanity. and as i look back at the Buddha... He sits in meditation, beyond it all... (Comment on this)

10:41 am	Greed Heard the latest buzz? Haight Street has officially sold out. yeah, i know and remember when the Gap snuck in that it was going Union St. But have you heard about the little greedy landlords who are kicking out the small business in favor of the Big Bucks? It's out of control, that's what it is. Distractions...Been there 26 years? their lease just jumped from $ 2000+- to like$7000. rumor, yep They're moving. Newbee "Your Skirt" can't cut the humongous rent they have to pay... like it must be in the $8000 range...Sad All those new places opening up in Brannan's buildings ...Humongous rent like "Your Skirt"...sad The Surf Shop? Good luck with Union Street Costing Surboards to make the rent... been by there a few times...empty. Another big rumor: "So Good" the new jewelery store? in New York their store? sells something for $4.00 there, but here it's $14.00. Go Figure their rent? a whopping $12,500? this is on Haight Street! and you wondered what was happening to Haight Street and where the love went? Peace and Love (Comment on this)

11:13 am	London England Barbaric acts of ignorance and stupidity. Devoid of any spiritual content. Totally insane, inhumane actions. Now, can i tell you what i really think about this? all these words cannot put it into words.... People that are lost within the mind, and it's craziness and who do such horrendous acts should be hung upside down by their big toes. Hung by a rope around each toe in the Radiation Waste storage facility covered in honey they would be. And then? The mutated radioactive ants the size of rats would carve a new understanding into such a person. And then the mutated radioactive rats the size of rabbits would eat the mutated radioactive ants for the new wave of blood. And then the mutated radioactive rats would escape through the inescapable doors and go after all of the terrorists. Probably. Meanwhile the radiation which is constantly dumped into the ocean, begins escaping from the leakproof inescapable mountain, and we all evolve into mutated radioactive humans , that go after all of the mutated radioactive rats, because that's all that's left. It's a good thing that i'm not working the gates of heaven. anyway, be it known to these people that they will not be seeing those Golden Gates. nay, what will welcome them will be the hell that you would not wish upon the devil... 5:10 pm	Jeez...What Journal? a wise person once said, that we are what we think... ...do you have rambling thoughts? New to the Haight are a real surf shop called Aqua, Your Skirt, Ideele, Yolo Designs, and a few more places that i can't remember at this particular moment... ...lost in the moment, Speaking of jewelery, Have you seen the new jewelery store at the corner of Haight and Belvedere? jeez, talk about being together with their stock... millions, at least millions, of pieces of jewelery...all for you. Just Because Global Warming still growing, water is becoming warmer. Soon warm water sharks will be in waters that used to be cold... Be aware ocean has been the recipient of so much toxics, so many toxins, toooo many toxins, that all of it.s residents are complaining... but no one will help. Topside residents are in same peril... have you had your daily dose of toxins and radiation? (Comment on this)

4:01 pm	The Everchanging Haight Welcome to the neighborhood "Your Skirt" ...just got situated in their new digs on Haight Street and already getting pictures and writeups in the Chronicle... Have you heard about Lindy Hop Dancing? Quite the swing so i hear, a cross between Swing Dancing and the Charelston... with everyone having a Swinging time... free dancing in the park, as well as lessons in the haight see http://www.hepjen.com stopped in the Rockin Java on Haight St to take a couple of pictures ...what a beautiful place. Saturday AM, not so many people. (usually it 's packed) Rumor or fact ?...about a bank coming into the Haight... a thriving community, and no bank---go figure Raining in the Hashbury Happy Easter (Comment on this)

5:13 pm	LIfetimes of war? it has been awhile since any thing has been written in this journal, and you are not going to like what will be written today. But the truth cannot be denied...well, you can deny it if you want to because you have free will. so what do you think of this... and please do respond. i have this sinking feeling that the US has joined into the war that has been fought since the beginning of time. The many countries that play these war games for real call their wars just and holy, and now that the US has joined in the death games in their countries, i fear that it will spread across the US and over there will be right here. Is this a rational fear from a rational mind i ask you or is it just a rambling mind that has gone nuclear? (3 Comments |Comment on this)

2:19 pm	Dharma is Gone Dharma is gone from the Haight Ashbury. Even the President of the Haight Ashbury Merchants Association is Sad..that's KC for short. You will be missed. what is a life without Dharma? also in the news, All you people that have passed by where the Eye Beam or was it I Beam, yeah that was it, the "I Beam", passed where it used to be Lately? mr b tore it all down put in housing over storefronts.. nearing completion it is. He also tore down the straight theater {Haight Theater} on the corner of Haight and Cole. It was sad it was such a beautiful building big stage, Big Beautiful sweeping Balcony and angelic murals covering the ceiling. Such a Beautiful building, you could feel the energy resounding from the past Performances of the great bands that used to play. we tried to keep it as our center attraction of the Haight Ashbury, but money talks down it went with a silent crash and a cloud of dust filling the street. So mr b built a big store and leased it to some big drug store chain.. someone burnt it to the ground. So he built it again and leased it to Goodwill. and the Haight Ashbury continues to change. Yep we have the Gap and the big Mac as well. but without Dharma can we go on? (1 Comment |Comment on this)

9:29 am	The Ultimate lifestyle Be patient, be aware, be relaxed, be still... have complete faith in yourself to have all of the necessary stuff that you need to prevail in any situation. You are the captain of your ship with the ability to steer your vessel in any direction that you choose. You are the master of your life with the power to manifest any thing you choose. You are the Buddha... So choose wisely the karma that you indulge, for your choice will be your merit. Greetings all sentient beings greetings to all intelligent life in the universe you know what it all means right? Today we will talk about desire. the Hashbury is full of desire. So many beautiful people, beautiful things in beautiful shops, so many kinds of food places to enjoy. Many nice buildings that we all live in, Cable tv & Satellite dishes Plasma tv and Fast Computers Fast cars and fast Sex. easy to forget about some higher power when we have so many desires to indulge in. so many pleasures to experience.-+* Some desires we carry with us all of our life. so we make a choice to indulge in this desire and then afterwards, sadness, anger, frustratrtion fill us with misery. Yet we do this all of our lives and even when we know the outcome. If we fight against our desires.. that only gives the desire energy and makes its roots become stronger. if we deny it we give credence to it. desires fall away when their existence is not supported. we can think we have gone beyond the desire while we flirt with the idea... and end up right in the clutches of the same desire. If we become free of desire it will be because we have shifted our attention to the higher intelligence within. The more we become aware of this the more the desire will fall away. And as we meditate on this higher consciousness we become aware and conscious of the ultimate lifestyle. (Comment on this)

4:58 pm	LOVE Love Love Love if we could be in such a state of Pure Love... Looking back on a tender love relationship that lasted for maybe 17 years or so, i can see all of the good times and the dedication toward taking care of someone, but i can also see how i hurt that love and how i took it for granted. And i can also see that it was She who took care of and looked after me for all these years. Thats an incredible cat. Angel of my life, my spiritual roomate an incredible spiritual being that i will hold dear in my heart forever. an ode to Quinto, for bringing so much joy to my heart. She was here before you know. She showed me that she was living in egypt, in luxury. She was a princess. once when looking into her eyes, she opened a door that put us both with a vision of egypt. she showed me a view at ground level where she was walking and then from a level like she was being carried. It was egypt in the time of life around the pyramids and palaces and Pharoes and Princesses. There was definitly a Very strong feminine presence when quinto showed me egypt, don't know Who she was or what the Year was but let's just say it was very very interesting. 10:30 am	Sunday Muse So all is well... here at least, hope the same for you and all the world. Usually go to Blue Front Deli on Haight Street for sun morn coffee & croissant and of course the sun paper, Nice to say good morning to friends... nice people own and run the place. from Jeruselem. all born again christians who are waiting for Jesus to walk upon the earth again. waiting... Someone is talking very loud about steroids and Barry Bonds and then more talk of this and that and then more talk of this and that... the mind is constantly rambling. How much do we know? how much do we really really know? not much... after thousands of years of existence, we still hate we still perpetuate violence we still kill other beings we are still lost in the mind... we were taught God is love. very simple... yet we have mucked it up quite good haven't we? So easy it is to hate and to find fault. one of the main foods for the web of illusion that we live in. The veil of illusion is woven so tightly into a web of lifestyles that perptuate living in ignorance and denial of the truth. We are so into our story, we hang onto so tightly to the physical plane structures... this is not a life of fullfillment- this is a life of living within a self imposed structure. and any structure created has made a wall of ignorance as thick as a brick. We have become totally locked within our minds, we have searched to eons for the truth of the universe through the telescope. The truth of the universe cannot be found through the telescope, it can only be found within the Self. The breath comes in the breath goes out... reflection upon this will stop the story that the mind continually churns out... the veil is woven tightly with thoughts... reflection upon the breath will slow down the thoughts, even allow some space between the thoughts, To Let You See The Truth come shing through... "All you need is Love" "Love is all you Need" the beetles- The centre of your being your self , is within your Spiritual Heart. When we become completely still... when we become Quiet, the True Nature of the Self can be known. Meditation upon the breath is Very Powerful. reflection upon your breath during your daily routine is equally as powerful. this is one of the first meditation steps to finding your self and becoming fullfilled and complete. cheers from the Hashbury (Comment on this)

10:22 am	Sunday Muse Greetings upon this earth plane to all of its beautiful, wonderful people that you are. Sunday in the Haight Ashbury... Praise be to the Lord of the Universe. Well whom else would you praise? ... Well who else would you praise? now what makes one right and one wrong? and if the President can change the constitution of the U.S. that means we could change Whom to Who... So where is the Truth? if everyting is relative, where is the absolute truth in all of this? This is where we are. our truth is hanging onto something relative that will change as our desires see fit. So we can see that we have the power to move energy to mold our desires into whatever we wish and we seem to be a product of everything that we think. In other words we seem to be stuck in a rut a virtual slave to our desires without any spiritual insight into the light of the Absolute Truth. just Another Day in Paradise in this Garden of Eden. also, heard that Dharma was moving out of the Hashbury, can't see The Hashbury without Dharma... 12:31 pm	Bon Jour Bon Jour, Ohio Gazaemus, Namaste, Aloha, Sawad Dee Krub, Buenos Dias, Guten Morgan, Greetings and Blessed Be. Gung Hai Fat Choi its Sunday here in the Hashbury.... life is good here in the city, the weather is never too extreme and the breezes keep it relatively free from smog. Sure we have our Fog but we love it. we love a lot of different things and peoples here in the city. But mostly we love. You'll find many expressions of this love here in this city. Could be that it is an inherent thing about San Francisco... People that live here are aware of that love within their heart. and that is the greatest start to finding unconditional love. Unconditional love exists on a higher plane of our consciousness, So when tune into that realm we raise our level of awareness. and that is what it is is all about... So who's bright idea {the voters} was responsible for the tearing down of the freeway entrance and off ramps at fell streets. one of the biggest blunders of our times... When it was there , it was easy to get into and out of the city. NOW? it is a congested mess. Mllions and millions of $'s and all that time and hard work a tremendous boost for the city, and it was all torn down to please a few property owners in that area. that one gets the peabrain award. oh and there is one more peabrain award. putting turn arounds in the middle of already small intersections in the Haight Ashbury. Just another day in Paradise, the leaves they do fall every year and that completely bare tree will once again grow all those leaves in a completely new fashion statement. The year of the monkey. well, monkey see monkey do see no evil hear no evil speak no evil a year for getting into mischef? no matter... the breath comes in the breath goes out those whom are aware of it at every second , are freed from the enslavement of their mind. 7:01 pm	Another Year Another....? Greetings my terrestial friends my earthbound buddies of the realm of the endless mind. Happy New Year and endless Good Cheer... speakiing of the mind, Ever notice how our "chatter" just goes on and on? Mind chatter, our continuous thought that we weave into the veil of illusion {Maya}, our story that we continuously tell, the theatre that we play our life in... That continuous thought process that we engage in... We all know that right? only too well. SO, what happens if it all stops? What happens if all those thoughts are not thought anymore? if all that mind activity were to just stop and everything became quiet in the mind,...What would happen? Til then, The breath comes in and the breath goes out and the river of life flows on eternally in Rhythm (Comment on this)

12:19 pm	yeah, yeah Sunday Muse life is exactly how we program it you know that, right? There are no accidents, no coincidences. everything is cause and effect. we have everything that we have set ourselves up to have. That being said all things follow. Our level of awareness our level of consciousness is a result of how many thoughts and desires we currently hold onto which regulates how thick and dense the Ego is. so we can sumize that we are creating our Heaven and we are creating our Hell... our destiny, we are creating, simply by how we feel and think. Our world is being created and maintained by each and every thought that we hold onto. Problem is all thoughts are inside of a box. like that is your stage where all of your thoughts dance across the screen. just like the chatter inside our mind that rambles non stop.... the performance across that stage or screen is non stop....inside the box we believe in thinking and thought because it is all that we have ever known. it is what we have been taught to do since the beginning of birth, to keep ourselves inside that box. but i am telling you it is all a lie. Truth, God, Paradise, Enlightenment, happiness.... Only found when the chatter stops. when the constant stream of thought stops, when the mind becomes completely still, then consciousness expands and one evolves into higher planes of awareness So our level of consciousness is a reflection of how we have programed our life to be. Best update for consciousness? the breath comes in... the breath goes out - tune into this miracle and be aware of it continuously and your elevator will begin it's ascent into higher awareness...
